Leave it alone: Picking the hair or shaving can make it grow back sharper and curl under the skin. Your doctor will treat you for this and there are various medications that can be used

T zone: if the hairs above the t zone continue to ingrown you may consider a spa which does electrolysis to get tid of the follicle
