Be seen: I would certainly let your surgeon know. The most common cause if it involves both sides is that you have retained fluid still from your surgery. While you are having surgery you get IV fluids that can third space into your soft tissues and gradually resolves. But other causes such as heart or kidney failure, medication reaction, or blood clot are possible. So make sure your surgeon is aware.
