Not necessarily: Cycles this long are strongly suggestive of anovulation and need to be evaluated. Even if you are not trying to get pregnant, over time, this can increase the risk of endometrial cancer and may be a symptom of thyroid disease, diabetes, or polycystic ovarian syndrome.
