Bacterial vaginosis : Bacterial vaginosis is a possibility although it usually is associated with an odor rather than itching and burning. Contact dermatitis is another possibility. It can cause a lot of irritation . Have you changed soaps, detergents, fabric softeners, toilet paper or anything like that recently. The diagnosis of that requires you to be a detective. Good luck
