Genital Symptoms: First, make sure your doctor has done complete cultures, including STDs, mycoplasm and ureaplasm, which are common but often overlooked bacterial infections. If negative, look at any recent changes in hygiene products or laundry products for both you and your partner. You could be sensitive to something he is using.

Bacterial vaginosis : Bacterial vaginosis is a possibility although it usually is associated with an odor rather than itching and burning. Contact dermatitis is another possibility. It can cause a lot of irritation . Have you changed soaps, detergents, fabric softeners, toilet paper or anything like that recently. The diagnosis of that requires you to be a detective. Good luck
