IF indeed a strep: Throat , you cannot throw it up or blow it out. You need antibiotics to treat it if bacterial, and supportive treatment if viral in nature. Consult with your doctor for treatment and not get so sick to end up in the hospital !

Antibiotics: Strep throat is a bacterial infection of the back of your throat and tonsils. It needs antibiotics to treat it Not sure where you got the idea for the other self treatments. Fever, headache, and upset stomachs are sometimes associated with it
