Neuropathy and POTS: some people have dysautonomia, but not POTS, in the setting of neuropathy. This is probably not a carvedilol side effect. What are your standing and lying blood pressure measurements? Remember to wait 60 seconds in between taking them. Neuropathy often causes a feeling of burning.
