Willie's Worried?: Might be that there is irritation in there and maybe that's an infection. Or irritation from soap or rough handling. Do you have stains on your underwear?Hurt while urinating? Even that stuck feeling could be a sign of a problem. If it doesn't go away in the next few days or if it gets worse, have it checked by a doctor and until then insert it in a condom before anything else. Better yet, abstain
