?pregnant: The Pregnancy tests today are very sensitive, but you do have some symptoms. You may have had an anovulatory cycle and simply did not release an egg, so you did not have a period. Hormonal surges can make the breast sore and tender, not just pregnancy as well. If you want to know for sure, see the Dr. and get a serum test to confirm the negative tests. Then wait for your next cycle.Good luck
