Non-specific: I suspect that you may have read the results of a renal ultrasound that mentioned "renal parenchymal disease." This is just a suspicion (not a diagnosis) and must be clinically correlated. All this means in radiology is that your kidney tissue appears more dense than the liver tissue on ultrasound and may be suggestive of some kidney changes. Please see your local nephrologist for clarification.
