Pressure: Pinch the entire soft part of your nose for 20-30 minutes. DO NOT PEAK! If your nose is still bleeding then do it again for another 20-30 minutes. If your nose continues to bleed after that go to an Emergency Room. Also, don't bend your head back....this will cause you to swallow the blood which will upset your stomach and cause you to vomit. lean forward so the blood drains out of your nose.
