I am 35 year old woman. my labs came back 135 low platelets.my wbc 3.5,rbc 4.28 ,hemoglobin 11.7,hematocrit 37.0 mch 27.3,mchc 31.6 ,rdw 13.6. my vitamin d was low what could this be causing my platelets to drop. I've been feeling weak and tired?

My recent lab work shows low WBC 3.1, high monocyte 13.1%, ANC 1.9, and low platelets 136. 2 months ago my WBC were 6.0, monocytes 7%, ANC 5.0, and platelets 123. This seems like a big difference to me. Should I be concerned? No recent med changes?
