If you want...: but it's probably not necessary. Even a grade 2-3 varicocele probably doesn't reduce your sperm count any more than sitting in a hot bathtub. I don't think you would need to go through the expense of storing your sperm in a sperm bank. I would discuss your concerns with your doctor/urologist.
