Linear lateral leg:: Does it look like a scratch made by passing too close to a pointed object? Is it painful? With limited details on when, where, and how it occurred, how long you have noticed it, and either a picture or further details on texture, color, length, thickness, and width it would only be conjecture. Your best option is to see a doctor who can evaluate you if it bothers you.
