Not likely.: Your baby can only be harmed if the bronchitis gets way out of hand and the infection progresses and your breathing becomes compromised. Get seen and make sure your are receiving the proper treatment and you and your baby will be just fine.

Not usually.: probably not, but make sure you get your flu shot soon. Influenza can be much worse in pregnancy and may even cause death of the mother. CMV might be a problem. If worried, you could have your physician check blood antibodies for CMV.
