Just a little high: Neonatal jaundice is quite common, more in Asian babies and breastfed infants. 11 is a bit high but not concerning. Level of 14 or more in preterm baby or 17 r more in fullterm baby is significant jaundice. Make baby gets fed regularly--as much as possible, more feeding faster resolution of jaundice. A bit of sunlight by the window may also help. Follow up and consult with doc..Good luck.

Need to retest: How soon after birth was the test done? It would be prudent to repeat the test in less than 24 hours to ensure that it does not rise to the level where it may harm the brain.
