Itchy face: You are describing a condition called seborrheic dermatitis which is eczema of the scalp, which can present with oily or dry skin. The itching sensation is caused by the presence of yeast as well as irritated skin cells and possibly bacterial overgrowth. Try using an anti fungal shampoo like Nizoral (ketoconazole) or Head and Shoulders. Consult your family doctor or dermatologist.
