No fasting: is necessary. Both FSH and LH levels do vary with menstrual cycle and LH levels are generally lower during menses. High values are more likely to be associated with menopause, polycystic ovary syndrome, or ovarian hypofunction. Midcycle values are quite different. Please follow your doctors recommendations.
