Tachycardia: When heart rate goes above 100 beats per minute, you start feeling heart beats that is called palpitations. Most commonly it is from Anxiety / Stress but at times could be due to underlying heart problems such as Atrial Fibrillation, Sinus tachycardia. Need to see your doctor and he may put you on medicine such as Beta Blocker to control your hear rate.
