Sharp pain in r ear. bit of sore throat. antibiotic ear drops need to be dropped in both ears or just r ear? need oral antibiotics for full recovery?

See your physician: Your healthcare provider should have instructed you on which ear to place the drops. If the infection is only on the ear canal then you may not need an oral antibiotic. But I recommend you check with your health care provider for instructions and if any further treatment is needed.
