See a doctor: You might need to see either your regular doctor or go to the ER you might broke your finger I mostly concern about the blood supply to your finger and of there is any nerve damage or not apply icy use finger splint take NSAIDS like Ibuprofen up to 600-800mg every 6-8 hours with meal please see a doctor thank you and good luck

Injured nerve: Nerve to the skin of finger has been injured either directly or by the blood that oozed inside the finger. It may or may not heal. Wait for 12 months to know if it is going to heal itself.
