Side effects: Norepinephrine is IV medication , in unlikely event it is used outside of the hospital settings you can expect precipitous rise in blood pressure. It is unclear what side effets you have in mind. Phenylephrine used topically to decrease nasal discharge by constricting blood vessels. Both drugs should be carefully titrated. Consult your physician with more details.
