Nope: Maxillary wisdom teeth rarely communicate with the sinuses, and even if they do, they will not cause your symptoms.

Distinct: These are two separate and distinct problems. Recurrent bleeding should be evaluated immediately. See your PCP or request referral to ENT. Also your ask Dentist for referral to Oral Surgeon to evaluate your wisdom teeth. Please don't ignore this. Bleeding is a red flag that something needs attention.
