Irregular cycle: If this is your first time ever being late and you are usually like clockwork, the neg home preg test does not necessarily mean you aren't pregnant. Pain and bleeding could be from an early pregnancy, an early miscarriage, ovarian cysts (ruptured) or worse a tubal pregnancy. If pain continues and irregular bleeding, go see a practitioner for further evaluation.
