Aplastic anemia: Usually present with significant fatigue, anemia, shortness of breath on activity, dizziness, multiple episodes of infections which could be life threatening, easy bruising, bleeding from low platelet. Discuss more in detail with your doctor.

With aplastic anemia, do all 3 need to be low: RBC, WBC, and platelets or if just one is low, combined with other symptoms, could that denote aplastic anemia? I will ask my dr but want more opinions please. Thank you?
