No treatment for PL?: I'd consider getting treated for pubic lice first, before jumping to IVF. IVF seems excessive if The only reason for not conceiving the old fashion way, is due to pubic lice that is a relatively easy thing to treat

Not a reason for IVF: Pubic lice is a treatable condition, just get it treated and then proceed with normal sexual encounter. Pubic lice is unlikely to qualify for IVF treatments. Neither the insurance nor the specialist would probably agree to IVF under the circumstances you describe
