Clonidine patches: First check Thyroid level tom rule out overactive thyroid and if Normal consider Clinidine patches starting at a low dose of 0.1 mg/24 hrs to be changed weekly. ( May cause a slight drop of Blood pressure and pulse). Need to have both Blood pressure & pulse checked periodically in the first month.
