More info: Need some more details: Have you completed zpak? Are you on any other meds? Are you having fevers? What have you taken for pain? And is headache affecting vision? How long ago were you evaluated?

Need more info: While a z-pack might be adequate for a simple pneumonia there is increasing resistance to its effects and we generally prescribe the full 500 every day instead of the 250mg/day in the pack. It is also not adequate treatment for a true sinusitis which should be treated for at least 14 days with Augmentin (amoxicillin and clavulanate) or cefuroxime. Knowing if u just started or have finished the z-pac would help us advise you
