Assuming KG.: Not that overweight. By American standards, thin. Irregular periods are not unusual and can be possibly helped by OCP's. It's very tricky on losing weight if small. calories lost / day = weight in pounds x 10... approx 1300 100-600 cal per hour with exercise but, that's also proportional to size so, prob hard to lose more than 500/hr even w. Olympics. about 10k cal per kg lost. (hard!)
