See MD: Your body mass index is just a little elevated, so a healthy diet and exercise would fix that. As far as your height goes, if you've had your period for more than 3 years, your growth plates are probably closed so you don't have much growth potential left. You should discuss your growth and irregular periods with you physician.

Normal: height is genetic with some environmental influences, after periods height increase is almost complete. Adolescent girls usually have irregular periods. This may be normal for you
