Bleeding: Could be a variety of things like not ovulating regularly. Sounds like you have menometrorrhagia (menstrual bleeding that is either excessively long and/or heavy and more than once a month. Probably time to see a gynecologist. You might need some cycle control using birth control. This could also be a symptom of endometriosis or adenomyosis.
