Tough one: See your Prosthodontist and Endodontist to help you with this problem. If the tooth has had a root canal already and is not responding,then there is a possibility that all canals were not found/treated and/or incompletely treated.Always see the specialist for this type of treatment (Endodontist). The tooth may be cracked and not restorable.Implant with crown is then the best tx. See Prosthodontist
