Honesty: Well, you could just give her the results of the PAP (abnormal cells or no) and not mention the infectious work-up.Or you could talk to her now, let her know what your concerns are and maybe she'll take that opportunity to talk to you about personal responsibility, safe sex-you know things that every adult should know (there's worse things than chlamydia to acquire and I'm sure she wants you safe)
