Cholinergic urticari: This is more likely from cholinergic urticaria which can be triggered by any increase in core body temperature followed by a cooling down phase. This can be prevented by taking an antihistamine prior to the event if proved bothersome enough and is not a serious condition. HIV rash would not have let you off that easily. It is time for you to reconsider your sexual practice to avoid future worries
