Possibly: You are quite young and it is important to have regular follow-up. The AR you describe may in fact be "trivial" and cause you no problems at all ! AR is typically a diastolic murmur - be sure to check with your doc about findings. Many people live comfortably even with mild or moderate AR so be sure to address any risks for heart disease you may have and keep in touch with your doctor!
