Allergic Reaction: Stop taking the Losartan! This reaction may be a form of angioedema, seen with ACE-inhibitors and less often with angiotensin receptor blocker medications like Losartan. Cetirizine may help however if you have any worsening symptoms, go to the emergency room. Also, be sure to inform your doctor of this reaction to the medication.
