It's NOT really bad!: Sorry that you were given the diagnosis without being told how to treat it! Did you see a dermatologist? It's important that you get the correct diagnosis, and 22 is pretty young to have rosacea. That being said, it is not uncommon for older women to have both acne and rosacea. It is entirely treatable and there are diets to help with rosacea on the internet. See a dermatologist if you can!

Seems a concern: Without an actual exam, I cannot give specific medical advice on your particular health, Dermatologic conditions are hard to evaluate without seeing them in person. specifically, they both look like oily skin, w. big pores overlap in appearance, clogging pores bad for both. There isn't as good treatment for rosacea. Benzoyl peroxide and/or antibiotic cremes might be for both,better for acne
