That is correct ...: Taking 1 gram Azythromycin orally is a good choice for its convenience and effectiveness although Doxycycline or Tetracycline HCl or Erythromycin may be used. But, do need to treat the partner simultaneously with timely F/U and practice safe sex to prevent recurrence.
