Ovarian Cyst: Ovarian cysts are actually quite common in premenopausal women. (The function of the ovary by nature is to produce cysts each month). BCPs do not make the cysts go away. They prevent ovulation, which allows the ovaries to "rest" while the cyst resolves on its own, and no further ones develop. Should be gone by this time. Good luck!
