Hard to tell: what it might be. If they are painful and fluid filled it could be herpes. If it itches but no blisters it could be as simple as a yeast infection. If they are firm little nodules then it could be warts. Either way, get someone to look at the rash. Please use condoms to prevent spread or prevent getting an infection in the future. Hope you get better soon,
