Good habits.: Make a food diary of everything you eat for 2 weeks along with your anxiety level 1-5 and hunger. Drop 300-500 calories per day for one pound a week weight loss. Begin an exercise program 30 minutes of aerobic exercise 5-7 days a week with weight trainging 2-3 times per week. It isn't easy to eat while exercising. Also, reward yourself with a new outfit, an outing with friends, movie if doing well
