Zantac (ranitidine) +Benadryl: Wash clothes you were wearing when you began noticing symptoms. The oil can remain on clothes and keep the exposure going. Use hydrocortisone over the counter 1% twice daily and if possible use plastic wrap around the treated area to make the steroid more potent. No more rubbing alcohol which could dry and make itching worse. Aveeno oatmeal baths for itching. Cut nails short. May take zantac, (ranitidine) too.

Benadryl/cream: You can use a packet of oatmeal in the bathtub. Avoid touching or scratching the areas as you may spread the rash. Benadryl (diphenhydramine) may help with the itching, as well as topical steroids.
