Increased lacation: You can increase your milk supply by nursing or pumping more frequently, staying well hydrated and rested, and by supplementing your diet with the herb fenugreek. Normally, women experience empty breasts following a feed as softer and slightly smaller.

Herbs& breastfeeding: Fenugreek seed-3 caps (580-610mg each) 3 times a day with food and Blessed Thistle herb 3 caps (325-390 mg each) 3 times a day with food. Increased frequency of nursing helps milk production more than increased duration. 10 minutes of vigorous nursing will empty most of the milk in a breast. I recommend that if this is a recently born infant, nurse 10 min a side, every 2-3 hrs days, 3-4 hrs nites
