Chemical burn on my face and in 1 ear from one of those 'magic erasers'...particularly sore in ear. thought it was normal sponge. what do i do please?

Treat like a burn: Rashes from certain products can often be considered and treated as a chemical burn. Cool compresses, aloe vera gel and possibly hydrocortisone cream may help. For particularly severe and painful injuries, prescription Silvadene (silver sulfadiazine) might be used.

Don't delay..: Call poison control to see what they recommend for the particular product you used. Follow their advice. If this just happened, rinse affected areas with large amount of water for at least 15 minutes. Then seek attention.
