See dr: Three days of pain should be evaluated by a health care provider as soon as possible. After drinking, there is the chance of intestinal ulcers/acid indigestion and/or inflammation of the pancreatitis, etc. Best wishes.

Chest wall pain: Likely some type of musculoskeletal pain- rib, chest wall or upper abdomen. Possible some type of pleurisy. Pneumonia or other fluid collection. If this had been ongoing you should be seen.
