Many types: Helicobacter pylori is typically treated for 14 days with dual antibiotics therapy (Amoxicillin + Clarithromycin or Metronidazole + Tetracycline derivatives, and bismuth subsalicylate with proton pump inhibitor (Omeprazole or Lansoprazole Pantaprazole or Esomeprazole). To assess for eradication of Helicobacter pylori infection post treatment, urea breath test is utilized.
