NOT a "simple answer: The eradication of H Pylori often requires three medications a PPI ( like Pepcid) and two antibiotics This is NOT a "simple" problem and often requires a GI specialist and endoscopy. Consult your PCP (Primary Care Provider Good Luck Hope this helps! Dr Z
