No.: There are no good studies showing that homeopathy can eradicate h. Pylori. It doesn't work. We all are probably getting a homeopathic amount of antibiotics (and other prescription meds) in our tap water anyway.

Not homeopathy only: Homeopathy does not eradicate a specific organism like an antibiotic does. Instead, it's able to strengthen your resilience against infections and ill effects of organisms that might be present.
