Well, sure...: It''s odd for a young person to have constant lower back pains, unless you have scoliosis or some injury from an accident or trauma when you were younger. Constant pain like this should be investigated with an Xray and MRI scan.

While manual manipulation of spine help reduce pain, over manipulation can cause hypermobility leading to premature degenerative changes
