Well, sure...: It''s odd for a young person to have constant lower back pains, unless you have scoliosis or some injury from an accident or trauma when you were younger. Constant pain like this should be investigated with an Xray and MRI scan.

May be: There are many causes of back pain, including degenerative joint disease, degenerative disc disease, myofascial pain syndrome, scoliosis which can cause persistent pain localized, with pain radiating to the distal upper and lower extremities, trunk and rib cage. While manual manipulation of spine help reduce pain, over manipulation can cause hypermobility leading to premature degenerative changes
