Not very: Don't get your hopes up or spend much money on stuff like this. There's no law against promoting these in glitzy "natural healing" sites. It may work. You will probably just be out the money.

InflaThera is a natural supplement formula in tablet form. It contains a blend of natural anti-inflammatories. It's less expensive than taking the variety of items you mention. You need a licensed professional to order it for you but you can find it listed on www.protherainc.com along with some research supporting its use. Peace and good health.

Would also, suggest that you undergo heavy metal and metabolic testing to find out if toxins or metabolic abnormalities are fueling your inflammation. In functional medicine, we are in need of finding a cause. Contact an integrative or functional medicine doctor for a full work up.
