PutDeLimeInDeCoconut: The standard oral rehydration formula won't work because of your need to restrict sugar intake so get your favorite diet drink and pour 1-1/2qt of it, then add a pinch of table salt,1/2 tsp baking soda and 1 cup of rice milk (or just eat 1-1 1/2 slice bread)--if you have magnesium tablets swallow a couple of those too. Drink twice as much in as is coming out the other end. If you can eat,it's OK
