The more you: think you will have withdrawal symptoms, the more you will. Chew gum, mints, hold a pen in your hand, give yourself permission to be "off duty" or relax w/out smoking. Some find completely stopping works better so you don't slowly smoke a few more each day. You can do it. Peace and good health. Get a good multivitamin also.
